I have located the final sturdy chest that I need to complete the achievement Kriegval’s Rest Discoveries. However, as a troll I am unable to jump onto the next ledge because of the covering on the one before, I just keep hitting my head on it. My husband as a blood elf was able to jump up just fine but because of my height I cannot make the jump which means that I cannot get the chest. I even tried in ghost wolf form and it is almost like an invisible wall is blocking me from getting onto the ledge.
I wasn’t able to jump to the ledge either.
However I was able to get it by standing on the nearby cart and jumping while spam clicking on the chest. Since opening is instant, you can get it that way.

Also a toy like a Shrinka or Baby Spice could address the size issues.
Lack of test by MSFT/Blizz, means the players have to get creative to make the game functional. And just sometimes, we can make it work! Most morphing toys can help out as well.
