I wanna learn how to pally tank and trying to find a shield and dunno where they drop from… My first time coz i mainly dps…
You beat up a resto shaman and take theirs! 
But seriously I imagine just about anywhere like other gear? Maybe set your loot type to prot while you run in ret and just wait for one to drop I suppose…

Um, Auction House to get you started. AND you are gonna have to drop the 2 handed weapon too and pick up a 1h sword, mace or axe.
Crafting is a good one this expac
Just do the content that you do but make sure to set your loot spec to protection.

Pug the dungeons and ask the tanks if you have dips on the shield. 
You’re a day late to the Timewalking vendor! Otherwise I would also suggest crafting or AH to get started.
If you got the mats and enough Sparks you could ask a blacksmith to craft you a shield, maybe a one hander unless you already got a nice one. Also the option of using bullion from the awakened raids and buying a nice shield if the crafter is too price gougy for you
The best pally shield was on the rift vendor in Thaldrassus , in my personal opinion, Do a time rift as dps and talk to the little NPC sitting on the pedestal to the left of Siridormi. Takes about 10 minutes of your life and its part of the weekly quest.
right click portrait and set loot spec to tanking. Q for lfr and need roll shields as main spec while still playing dps.
There’s only a couple from each raid so if you’re willing to wait you can leave the runs that have war/paladin tanks to increase your chance of winning any shield drops.
