Fairly certain he meant reliable in the sense of being fire and forget. Lasso is channeled and kickable, not really reliable is a great deal of situations.

Originally, it was going to be only fire and Arcane to get the AoE stun (stupid by the way, we just want one stun not an AoE stun), but they removed it and made it PvE only.
Giving up Dragon’s Breath sucks.

frost mage has a stun, he’s not asking if it’s good. HE’s asking if it exists.

Slows with wizard range and numerous forms of mobility doesn’t strike me as useless.
