Add me to the pile. No quests after maw skip. New 70 shadow priest. Logging did nothing. There are a couple side quests in Oribos, but no NPC with campaign.
same problem here 
was trying to go to ardenweald for the anniversary secrets but no luck.

I am trying to do the anniversery quest but I cannot progress past “Arriving in the Shadowlands” after opting to skip the maw intro. I know Blizzard is a small indie company but please fix your game.
This just happened to me. However i did not skip the intro and i was in Chromie time. I popped into Oribos the quest Stranger in an Even Stranger Land Never popped up and now i can not do anything in Shadow lands because i can’t unlock it.
So, does anyone know how to reach Ardenweald for the anniversary quest then?
You can take the Mists of Tirna Scithe M+ portal from the Portal room.

Happened to me too really unfortunate that this bug basically stone walls you till its fixed.
Adding my voice to this topic as well. My lvl 80 mop remix hunter is unable to progress in SL because nothing is appearing in Oribos.
There is currently a work around right now, if you are simply trying to go to places within the zones. You can take the timeways portal in Dornogal and use a portal in there to either Bastion or Ardenweald. The flight points there all allow you to fly to the other zones.
Unfortunately this only lets you visit locations, anything tied directly to the story and quest progression will still be inaccessible.

Happened to me on my new hunter.
Just adding to the chorus. My game is also broken for shadowlands. Hopefully 11.0.7 brings a fix.
same for me this is really annoying and a huge oversite.
I did the Shadowlands Skip in Stormwind, it brought me to Oribos, but I cant access the Maw, Zerith Mortis, and there is no flite master in Oribos. The character I leveled was in wow remix, so yall need to put in a skip so we can access this stuff , because I have already done the campaign multiple times on other characters. I just want to run old raids for xmogs

This is confirmed as being fixed in the patch on Tuesday.

Are you saying that Oribos is completely empty once you first take the Maw skip (or complete it)?
The old Threads of Fate NPC was supposed to have been removed entirely from the SL intro, and the skip that Threads of Fate used to give was instead rolled in to Tal-Inara in the Enclave. Presumably there is some level requirement for him to offer that skip, but it’s definitely there as my evoker was finally able to get past the SL campaign with it after 11.0.7’s launch.
This is still an issue after 11.2, its 8/31/2025 and still not fixed
