I am stuck on the Ready for War achievement (I am over 50 and have done all story quests and the BFA quests)
Long story short the best help I could find is this video and its old - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-1-b-bguE8 I followed it to a T and got to “Crippling the hoard” quest 24:37 of this video.
Wyrmbane does not give me the next quest, I popped over Nazmar to see if Feathermoon was already there and nothing. I went out to the necropolis to see if she was there for the quest and nothing.
Since I am not getting the next quest there is nothing for me to abandon and start over.
Anyone know how to get Wyrmbane to provide the quest Crippling the Horde?
According to Wowhead comments:
You need Friendly and 4k for Humans and 4.5k for others, reputation with 7th Legion for this quest to pop up! Had put a ticket in as after turning in the quest “Operation: Blood Arrow” this was not offered to me and the GM let me know.

It seems like it’s one of those quests that automatically pop-up (it says it’s a breadcrumb quest on WoWhead). This is the quest right before Crippling the Horde. So you don’t pick it up from anywhere, rather, it automatically pops up for you once you unlock the requirements.

Thank you! I am friendly and above for all in the BFA section, have to look up what rank 4.5k. Maybe I need to get those friendlys to whatever the next one is

I think Thallia and the comment users meant 4k and 4.5k as in you need to get to 4k-4.5k reputation, not rank.
Just press U and look in your reputations tab, see what your rep is with 7th Legion.
Keep doing 7th Legion world quests if you can until you reach 4k-4.5k. That ought to unlock the bread crumb quest hopefully. Let us know how you go.

Ok unfortunately that did not work - I have been messing with this for a month and I can not get feathermoon to show up.
I tried opening a Blizz ticket 2 weeks ago but it got put into a 16 day queue and now it says it will be 23 days before they get to it so I dont think it will get worked. I am completely stuck at this point.
