Stuck on updating

So the app is trying to update WoW and its been stuck on initializing at 0% for several minutes. No other downloads are running. Whats the deal? Anyone else having this issue?

Been having this issue for five minutes now. Never gets past 0% ‘initializing’. I’ve shut everything down, I restarted the system. I’ve done their steps. So now what’s the solution?
