Same. Got kicked off of dungeon. 3 of us got kicked. 2 of us still in-game.
Same. It happened to me yesterday during early release and just not.
I got booted off the server while out in the open world and now can’t connect, getting stuck on ‘Retrieving Realm List’. 
For the record, I was one of the early access people – just to shut down the conspiracy theory that Trinnx is trying to spread below…
I told everyone in my guild that launch day will have issues because we are being punished for not paying the extra $40 while those that did pay extra $40 for early release had zero issues.

IIRC it was half an hour to maybe an hour until the login servers came back up and enough players stopped retrying so they weren’t overloaded.
TLDR: Take a walk / nap / your choice of relaxation, and when you come back things should be fine. Hopefully.
