No problem with connection or any other issues. Just won’t allow me into the game anymore. If issue persists I would expect for compensation for myself and others experiencing this issue. Thanks.

Was stuck on “Retrieving Realm” and now stuck on “Retrieving Character List”, progress?

same here on dawnbringer. it did this yesterday too. but it is official launch day so issues were unfortunately expected. still very frustrating.

Nope, giving up for a while. tried turning on VPN and changing location. Got as far as character screen, but cannot get in.

Same. Everyone else I was playing with was fine, maybe it’s bc I’m playing on the mac client. Loaded into hub city and crashed to login. Upated my OS to Sonoma 14.6.1 and reset my game settings and still no dice.

I’ve been disconnected, stuck on “retrieving realms”, and “retrieving character list”. I just got an error message as well. I play mainly on Stormrage.

Same here too, I’m stuck on “Recovering Kingdom”
I, too, am getting stuck on the “retriving characters list” when logging in. Have to use Ctrl+Shift+Esc to close out the client.
Also agree that I would like to be compensated for the lost game time today, as I’m now falling behind in upgrading gear and completing side quests to further my progress, and will be behind in unlocking Earthen.
