trying to unlock Kul tiran race but i need to do some quests before i can start tides of vengance acheiv. Im stuck where i need to hand this quest in to the king SW but hes not there. I am assuming im phased somehow. so i looked up on WOWhead and finished all the quests they said to do for him to reappear but with no luck. Anyone have this issue?
Are u lvl 60 most of the higher end quests need to be 60 to start.
