first arcanist thalyssra won’t sell me the scroll of elun’dris or any items at all she doesn’t have the dialogue options to train withered troops buy reputation items i am revered with nightfallen and have good suramaritan achieve. i have disabled all mods reloaded reloged and waited 3 days for a gm response to have them say its a addon bug. all addons are turned off and have been off.
Have you gotten this solved? I’m having the same issue. I thought once I got exalted I’d be able to buy from her. Also can’t repair or sell with Oculeth.
