Im stuck in a looped cutscene, this is awful. Can report ingame like the website says, bc ya know cutscene.

same…i get in the cutscene…either let it play out…load screen…stuck…play again…cancel cinematic…load screen stuck…repeat.

Yup, been stuck in the loop for over 30 minutes now. Really frustrating considering its part of the campaign.

Also was stuck on this looping cutscene for 15mins. I tried to exit the game and log back in and now it says world server is down…

Same, stuck in Cutscene and I force closed the game and now I can not get back online.

Now i can’t load into teh next zone…transfer aborted instance not found…KEK!

I am in a cutscene to load screen to cutscene loop.

Got kicked off with the second Alextrasza cutscene, can’t log in the game, infinite loading screen as well.

Character stuck service also not working.

Anybody get past this problem and how? I’ve tried relogging, cancelling cinematic, letting it play out.

Looks like it is spitting a “Transfer aborted: instance not found” error. Must be a server side connection issue if this many people are getting it.
