I tried to log into my Druid who is currently in Legion Dalaran. I cannot log in her. I get a loading screen which goes to 100% and then does nothing. I left it 10 minutes and still stuck. I can log into all my other characters fine, so I can assume this is a shard issue, and went to use the character stuck self-service on the support page. This isnt working. It’s been loading for over 15 minutes, I’ve tried two browsers (Chrome/Edge) and I’m on an infinite “We’re processing your request” loop which is trying to load my characters.
I can’t do anything, support site isnt working and I’m at a loss of what to do.

My Druid is stuck in Legion as well, every where else seems fine atm.
This is likely due to the larger issue atm id post in the mega thread.
Yep. My druid is also stuck in Dalaran. (Edit: and yeah, customer support wont even load up for me)
While flying from Bastion to Orbos the loading transfer was rejected and my character was dropped and propelled into the clouds, now my character is in a continuous nose dive in the sky. This happened to other player because I see bodies falling along side me. I had to force quit and now I am unable to log back in. I’m stuck at a loading screen and their customer support won’t load.

Haha. This reminded me of taking the boat in menithil harbor and going into a fall into the abyss forever in 2004 when the game first came out. Just happened to me again.

Same this here… why do we pay
have not seen anything from blizz concerning this of any significance.ive been trying to log into my main character for an hour and a half,and also am stuck at 100 percent loaded on load screen.on raid night of course.would like a current update of whats going on and when we can expect a fix
Vrak is actively talking on that main thread and providing updates as best they can. World and instance servers are all having hiccups.
Having the same issue but with only one toon.
yeah, same here. i did try uninstalling addons to reset interface but none of that worked and only with one character
Im having the same issues. And no way to get support to free up character.
just tried to log in and stuck on load screen. tried login in and out multiple time and same issue, but i can log on another character though.
so far it’s JUST my demon hunters. They’re both in Legion Dalaran too.
some advice on what to do would be helpful since its only the 1 toon we cant log in,instead of were looking into it…

My character is also stuck in legion dalaran and im gettin the " character with that name already exists " error.

I logged on just fine on my DK, ran the holiday dungeon, try to be slick and use my DG to get to Org a lil faster through Dal, he kept getting stuck on the loading screen every time I tried to port to Dal,So I flew to Dal only to find the place deserted, so I logged out. Then when trying to log back on it kept saying “There’s already a character with that name”, so I tried to log on with another toon, no issues, tried to log my DK back in and now the character screen is black where the names are and where the toon stands on all of my used servers…I can’t log with ANY toons now
