Stuck logging in

Finds my server, get to character select screen, choose my character and when i get to the loading screen i sit at a full bar. has happened on multiple toons and i waited atleast 10 minutes each time. anyone else having this?

Edit: this is retail, not sure why my posting character is classic dk

Same here. Kinda sucks. But I can imagine alot of people are trying to log in all at once, because of the extra few hours of wait time.

Maintenance won’t be over till 7pm Pacific, that’s 10pm Eastern

And typically servers don’t show online until they’re done with maintenance. So while they said the expected maintenance window was until 7pm Pacific, it’s possible they finish prior to that and then let people connect.

I was able to get on a lower populated server without issue, so this must be a load issue right now.

I was able to log in for a sec then it dcd me and saying world server down and stuck at loading screen forever.

It keeps telling me the world server is down.

Having same issue as well as when I go to log in on a character it says name is already taken wel duh its my toon lol

I am having the same issue, I get to the loading screen, have a full bar and then nothing. It just sits on the loading screen ( my character is in org)

I can log in to Northrend but not Orgrimmar… seems like some of the servers aren’t quite up and running properly yet. Classic patch day problems. :slight_smile:

Yeah, confirmed, i was stucked on loading screen with a character in orgrimmar, but can log in with a character in oribos

Having the same issue after logging in and editing where some things were on my screen then logging off and back in a little later. UGHHHH

yeah i have friends online in oribos, but i cant log into anywhere
