I activated Mythic Primal Predators today, and couldn’t see any of the world soul mobs for nearly 5 to 10 minutes. I was able to get to Hallowfall, but was still stuck in the world soul mode. Finally I logged and it fell off and I was out of the world soul instance.
Then I went to the Vault of the Memory after a delve to turn in my weekly; and no NPCs populated in the delve and I couldn’t hearth, port, die, or cloak back to any where else.
Finally used character unstuck; don’t know if that worked.
