The quest chain where you get the Fel Heart of Argus starts from they Mysterious Missive in Krokuun. The Legion quest completion tracker shows that Rosinna completed that quest, but not it’s follow-up “Intercepting the Legion’s Plans.”

So, I’d check to see if you can pick that quest up from Captain Fareeya out in the camp on Krokuun or if that quest is currently in your quest log. (If it’s a different character than Rosinna, you can check which quests they’ve completed using the completion tracker.) The link I gave you above has a list of all the quests in the chain, you can track down what part you are on.
I think wow was so nice to me and didnt give me the next part I have no other quest over there except the raid and the minions but thanks . I even found the guy but of course he puts up some kind of wall so you can get to him not like I can abandoned the quest since I don’t have it . I did read about picking it up from a dead guy on the ground by the gimps just so aggervated
Do you use addons? I was stuck at trying to get the argus campaign myself…I spent hours trying to find the abandoned quest…

Addons are 3rd party mini-programs that can modify UI elements or help ease various aspects of gameplay. You’ll hear people talk about things like “Skada” or “WeakAuras” or “DBM”. These are all addons with different functions. The trusted sources for these are Twitch and Curseforge.
Part of your problem might be that you need to move the Vindicaar in order to see the next quest mark. If you click on the teleport terminal at the front of the ship to open the map, you should see a highlighted icon for the Vindicaar next to the zone it is currently over. If you have unlocked the other zones on Argus, there should be a dark icon for the Vindicaar next to each of those zones. Select one of those to move the ship over that zone.
Some quests do not appear unless you are over the correct Argus zone.

Great explanation from Keres about addons, definitely try what he suggested it may be as simple as that. Udiza posted a great link to use on wowhead, which is exactly what I was going to suggest to use if you didn’t use addons.
I have Unlocked all 3 zones and I been bouncing around doing the world quest. I can’t do nothing else over there so I might as well do the world quest and at least get some rep. Thank you all for trying I have also sent wow a ticket let’s see how long it takes them to get back to me and if they can fix it
perhaps your stuck on the part you have to do with the scouting map…some of the quests are reliant on those to unlock more main storyline.
Invasion Onslaught and Fuel of a Doomed World are repeatable quests not required for the advancement of the Argus quest line.
It’s possible that you’ve actually completed all of the quests for Argus without realizing it. It’s also possible that, as Ghanimaa suggested, you might be on the quest requiring you to complete certain missions with your followers. Those require fully leveled followers to complete, and (if I’m not mistaken) to even get the quest in the first place.
Also, I don’t know if you’ve already done this or not, but make sure you have Low-level quest tracking turned on. Otherwise even available quests won’t appear if your level is too high.
Wow say its hidden by a wq and go to mysterious mistake page so I can see where it is on the map and I have no idea what wow is talking about sent me a link about the whole area. Does anyone know where the mysterious mistake page is?
I already have the low level quest finder turned on. I also just got minions for the scout map but I need to level them up to 120 to send them out to get supplies.
Are you talking about the mysterious missive quest?
to everyone that has help wow told me it was hidden under a WQ and sure enough soon as i did that WQ quest there it was, yes i am but that is what wow called it had me all confused but it’s finished now again thank you every one
