I was working on the secret quests for WoW’s 20th Anniversary, specifically the 7 o’clock for the Felcycle Mount. While attempting the Sentry Statue challenge in the Vault of the Wardens dungeon, I had to log out. Now, when I try to resume where I left off, I spawn in a different part of the dungeon, specifically at the end of it, and the door to the corridor is locked. This prevents me from returning to the Glazer room to complete the challenge.
I’ve tried logging out and back in, teleporting out of the dungeon and re-entering, but I always return to the same spot. What should I do now? I no longer have the item (Sentry Statue) and cannot get back to the room within the dungeon. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
update #1 - Support Team Response: There is a bug with no solution at the moment.
I can confirm that you are reaching out because you are unable to obtain the Sentry Statue or leave the dungeon.
After reviewing all the information, I found that there is currently a bug preventing you from obtaining the item.
Unfortunately, we do not have a temporary solution to assist you at the moment.
He asked me to report the bug on the support page, which I have already done. I believe now it’s just a matter of waiting.

I’m pretty sure the Secrets setup for the Vault of Wardens is designed to reset if you log out, disconnect, or leave the dungeon.
In which case, reset and reclear the dungeon, then do the Secrets puzzle in the same uninterrupted dungeon session.

I have tried resetting but it will not allow that either

This happened to me too, but I found a work around. I reset all dungeons which did not work, but I changed my Dungeon difficulty type from Heroic to Normal and it gave me a fresh instance. However, I no longer have the statue and I can’t loot it again. So I’m stuck. Submitted a bug report.

Any movement on this? I am at the same part.
I have repeated the same dungeon at least 10 times now. At the end of each run I can not see the statue that is suppose to be there for picking up. So, I can not completed the 7th orb for the felcycle and I am really frustrated.
Is there any movement on this? I’m now stuck on the same point. Had to leave for RL, was locked out of the room when I returned. Now I’ve re cleared everything after reset, and the statue isn’t there to pick up/not in my inventory. Really frustrating!
I have the same bug – I can’t see the statue – I hope Blizzard is kind enough to help us out so we can get the cycle
I am having the same issue. Super bummed about it.
Would it work to go in Party Synced to someone who hasn’t earned the statue? I’d offer, but I don’t have gametime.
