I cant eneter advance mode as it says its not available in the tutorial. Im not in a tutorial? and i dont have any housing quests. So it seems im stuck in some tutorial mode
I found a post about this in the In Development > Patch 11.2.7 PTR , unfortunately no resolution so would recommend editing the post to the Support > Bug Report for QA review as Technical is mainly player discussion about crashes/latency.
