Happened to me last night… then after 2.5 hours it popped. Got dropped into 5 priest (2disc,3shadow) and 1 demo lock lobby.
Your mmr is too high and they dont have enough people to form a lobby for you currently.
I cant even get into a game to lose MMR is the sad thing so im basically never getting in because of my 2600mmr
my last 3 game ive gotten zero points which is bs because everyone in the lobby was 1850-1900 mmr/cr and i get 0 points. Trash system blizz has in place for it

Idk how many times i have to say it but the queues are broken. Sure there may be a healer shortage, but it’s not the reason ppl are getting 25m queues. I randomly get 1 min queues, 10 min queues, and sometimes over 30 min where I leave. Right now I am sitting in a 29 min queue where 10 minutes ago it popped and 1 person declined which will send you back to the front yet I’m still waiting.
