I have a max level mage that cannot find a queue to save is poor little frosty life. I first noticed this issue last night, as i was sitting in queue for the Headless Horseman for around 25 minutes with no luck. So i decided to log off, log back in, and try again. No luck, this time about 23 minutes. I then repeated the log out, log in process and decided to test the queue to its limits. Just to see if i was being impatient. I waited 1 hour and 23 minutes this time, no luck 
then, being as persistent as i am, tried AGAIN. 1 hour 10 minutes this time. Nothing.
I figured it was just an enormous amount of dps trying to queue. Yet I tried on my Demon Hunter, 5 min queue. Tried on my Paladin. 3 minutes. My BM Hunter… 4 minutes…
So what’s the deal? Why can my mage not find a match??? (NOTE: i tried BFA dungeon queue to see if the issue extended to that, i waited a good 20 mins but finally found a match, so it’s JUST the Headless Horseman).

I have seen several other threads about this issue after experiencing longer queue times on a few of mine, as well. It definitely seems like something is off.
