I have finished the Legion starting quest line. I literally have my artifact weapons in my bags, yet in Orgrimmar I am stuck in the intro quest phase where all the NPCs are kneeling in the Valley of Strength and crying and the door to Grommash Hold is shut. I can’t see any other players at all. All the portals are missing, I can’t use the zeppelins, certain vendors are missing. Orgrimmar is essentially unusable for me. Can anyone help?

Are you inside or out of Grommash Hold? If you are out, I would leave the area (walk to Razor Hill) and come back to see if that pops you out of whatever phasing issue you are stuck in. If not, put in a ticket.
Someone could summon you out, but I’m not sure if that would help you get through that quest.
I am currently stuck as well. I am a max level DK and I did a ton of Legion content already, including the entire DK Legion class hall, pathinding, raids, etc.
Not sure how I got put into this phase of Orgimmar but I can’t duel people now.
Same issue here. When i walk outside of Org, instead of being in Durotar I’m in “Dranosh’ar Blockade” where I can pick up like 3 buffs and walk to the ship and sail off to the broken shores. Except there is no quest because I did it years ago and Im just stuck in this phase and can’t duel.

I am going to keep posting / bumping this until we get something. I keep checking the daily hotfixes and I see nothing. I am unable to create a Web Ticket about this issue too as Blizz’s site won’t create the ticket. I’ve used Brave Browser, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge and can’t create a ticket with any of the 3 browsers.
My Zandalari Troll DK is still stuck in the Dranosh’ar Blockade phase of Orgrimmar, and I completed all this content years ago on this character.
Still stuck in the Drano’shar Blockade Legion intro phase in Orgrimmar, but completed this content several years ago.

^ same. If you try to submit a ticket they talk about this issue but only for the alliance and being phased at the docks. No mention of this issue for horde players…

Yep, and I can’t even use their create-a-ticket system on their site to talk to someone directly and inform them. I doubt they check these forums much.

Shadowlands has launched and I am still having this problem, I now have this on my Shaman character as well.

Ok i figured it out if your in normal timeline, you need to complete the bfa stuff, if its phasing you in the blockade, you need to take the ship to broken shore and do all the quest until they teleport you back to the dock you left on, then a quest will be in front of you, you shouldn’t need to do it and the blockade should now be visible.
My DK is stuck as well.
Welp, two years later and this is still a problem. My Drachthyr is stuck in the same point of the Broken Shores Invasion quest line, where everyone is in front of Grommash Hold, crying. No portals to UC, no Zeppelin to UC, etc. If I’d known this was an issue, I’d never have started the quest line.
Hi there, made an account just to post since I had this same issue. I managed to fix it after finding the solution in a reddit thread of similar nature.
- Go to map → Click magnifying glass → check Trivial Quests
- Pick up the Legion quest at Orgrimmar docks. Forgot what it’s called unfortunately.
- Finish that quest and the next 2 or 3 and you’ll be back in your normal Orgrimmar phase.

FIX- Go to the warboard to start Legion, once you get the quest there should be a skip if you have already done it when you talk to the first NPC. From there it ports you to Legion Dalaran and it should be fixed when you go check ORG!
