I still purple/orange parsed every fight without world buffs on warrior, i think you are overestimating how important they are.

world buffs are fine without boon but since they added it theyâre insufferable
My guild has 3 people with capper alts at this point, literally free. Even if your guild doesnât just level a toon to 20, send over some gold through neutral AH and get your cap
Donât use them then. Some of us like having them in raids. Itâs just fun.
wbuffs are a pain in the behind to gather and adds nothing, I repeat, NOTHING to the game except class disbalance.
