Stuck in old pandaria

i got the quest from Chromie in the vale of eternal blossoms called “A Flash of Bronze…” which sent me back to old Pandaria and i accidentally abandoned it. Now i cant re-accept this quest nor return to the present-state Pandaria. I dont have Zodormi in old vale of eternal blossoms either.

I’m stuck in old version and I cant get back. Please help me.

Too bad we all can’t jump in the Chromie time machine to go back to MoP class mechanics and PvP systems/vendors…
