Stuck in in mythic + dungeon

I ran a Tol’ dagor last night and when I finished it I hearthed out it ended up crashing I didn’t think anything of it because it has been happening a lot lately… I got off for a bit and when I came back I tryed getting on and I am still in the instance I can’t walk out I am in a globe of some sort like when you use your key then when I try hearthing I just get disconnected I don’t know what to do.

When you say ‘crashing’ do you mean the game crashed or the server crashed?

The server crashes and takes me back to log in screen.

Delete your Hearthstone and do character stuck.

Was about to say, do the character stuck option.

Yeah, the ‘stuck’ option from the menu may be your best bet.

I have tried the character stuck option and the same thing happens but I haven’t deleted my hearthstone

If you delete your HS the stuck option will teleport you to a GY instead of casting your Hearthstone.
Worth a try. You can always get your HS back.

Got some friends who can try summoning you?

If those options aren’t working, and you’re being DC after logging on, the game might think your still technically in the game after the initial server crash. If that’s the case, it’s usually a matter of waiting before the game registers that your character isn’t online. If you’ve already waited a long time, it’s worth just speaking to Blizzard directly so they can fix the issue.

I was trying to figure out how to put a ticket in but you have to jump through so many hoops lol not even sure hot to even do that anymore

I had this happen to me in siege of boralis, like most people are saying the character unstuck service blizzard has was the only thing that worked for me. I was also dead, so I couldn’t even que up for something and port out that way. Weird bug, but very disconcerting to log in and just be completely powerless like that.

I don’t know mate, I haven’t had to write up a ticket in a very, very long time.

Hit ESC, click on Help on the game menu. Then click on “Open a Ticket” on the left side of the Customer Support dialog box.
