I have a character that is stuck in an endless cutscene loop for the opening sequence of MoP.
How do you get them out?
I tried crashing the game, restarting, logging in to different character, but each time I log the stuck one back in, it starts the cutscene loop over and over and over.
How do I get her out?
Edit: I tried using the ticket option to move character, it said she was successfully moved, but when i logged her back in, she is still locked in the cutscene loop.
Cut and paste the following folders to your desktop to see if the issue is resolved. Interface, WTF and cache. if that does not help try repair
The issue was resolved when the person I was in a raid group with left.
Thank you for giving me an alternate method, though if it ever happens again.
Same thing happened to my wife and I while we were in a raid group. Normal quests cannot be done in a raid group so the quest wasnt being checked as completed, so it just kept triggering the cinematic.
