i was doing the pvp quest in Azure Span and got feared out under the map and started falling then got DC’d. Now every time I log in on this guy I’m falling and get disconnected. Been 3 hours now and it still the same thing.

The same with me.
I was flying from Zuldazar to Nazmir, and I dismounted and am now falling. I DC instantly when I log in.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Same here but with an instance portal. Been almost 12 hours now.
someone posted this for me in another thread. this fixed the issue immediately.

Yes, it just says “Oops, it looks like something went wrong.”
The only other thing I can think of to reset my character’s position is to purchase a faction change and then request a refund, but I’m getting a shop error when trying to do so.
That support article does have a ticket option. You can also try waiting an hour-ish to see if it resets the character.
Someone told me how to do it in General Discussion.
Click ESC > Support > Scroll down to “Stuck Character Service”.
From there, you select which character Blizzard teleports to the nearest safe graveyard, even if you aren’t logged on that character (which, obviously you can’t be since it’s in a DC loop).
