Title sums it up. After hitting level 80 I ventured to Hallowfall to check out the Nightfall scenario and after dismounting noticed I was stuck in combat. I hearthed out of annoyance but upon returning to Hallowfall, once again I was stuck in combat. The only thing I can see as the issue would be a buff “Sacred Flame’s Ward.” Used a secondary hearthstone and the issue continued both times upon returning to Hallowfall.
Same problem: the “you are in combat” bug strikes as soon as I attack anything in one of the Nightfall zones. It doesn’t matter that I am not aggro’d, or that I am miles away from any hostile mob – I’m “in combat” until I either run or hearth into an entirely different zone of the game.
Same here, is this going to get fixed Blizzard?
I had the misfortune of landing whilst on my undergeared shaman and not only did I get into perpetual combat, several mobs from a very long ways away started chasing after me. I ran from them but they never reset, and I ended up going into a Delve to drop them off my tail. That is literally all the way across the entire zone map. Quite irritating.
Happens to me in Azj-Kahet as well when we have the Flame’s Radiance dailies over there. Specifically the southern one.
