Stuck in combat - 3 seconds after pvp?

Hi Blizz folks - Why am I stuck in combat after killing an enemy player in World-Pvp 2-3 seconds after combat ended?

Few days back, both in BG’s and World-Pvp, this wasn’t the case until June 4th.

I would kill an opponent [no pve-mob], and immediately enter stealth upon killing in a Player without being stuck in combat delay.

If I killed an player’s pet, the delay {in-combat} would occur, but when killing players, I would immediately exit combat which is wonderful for rogues to re-enter stealth rather than burning vanish.

The game has bugs. It’s those pesky computers they use. Bugs. Bugs. Bugs.

Today I killed a mob and was still in combat…I couldn’t figure out why. Then I noticed some other player killing a nearby mob. As soon as he killed that mob (which I never attacked) I was out of combat.

Computers are so dumb. Dumb. Dumb. Dumb.

As a healer who has to pay attention to when I drop out of combat so I can drink before the next pull, I can tell you this is a frequent occurrence in PVE, too.
