Stuck in BFA timeline and can't complete questlines

Hello, I’ve finished all(see below)l available quests in BFA and including war footholds and I feed stuck and can not progress. I’ve been doing Island expeditions and Darkshore.

There is one quest I cant finish: “Aww, Rats!” quest in BFA because the right click doesn’t let me collect the rat after I’ve used the item to zap him. I’m not sure if this is preventing me from finding anymore quests, or what’s going on but I left it alone… I’ve tried to reload U.I and i’ve tried relogging, ive tried deleteing the quest item after zapping the rats… .

Other issue not related as much: I’m level 60, without Dragonflight and I’m stuck in BFA timeline. Why does chromie force me to stay in BFA? my latest expansion is Shadowlands, and the last I left it at was around Cata. So what gives?

This Wowhead comment for the quest lists a console command to workaround the issue caused by the new click on mob to use quest item behavior messing with the rat collection.

/console interactQuestItems 0

If you want to turn it back on when you’re done, you can use:

/console interactQuestItems 1
