This morning launching wow I noticed the game was a bit slow to launch so i thought eh i’ll do a scan and repair, well since then i’ve been in a constant Scanning loop that ends in a oops something went wrong message.
I have restarted my computer, uninstalled BNET and reinstalled it, everything was just fine yesterday

I’m having this exact problem. It started yesterday morning. I’ve read up on uninstalling Battle.net, reinstalled, same issue. I’d really rather not need to reinstall the whole game, and I’m hoping there’s a solution.
I came here to see if anyone else is having this exact issue. sigh Not alone.
Having this issue, a few posts on here about it, no clue how to fix it. 
I took the step to just reinstall the whole game, im able to get back in even if its still downloading, nothing else seemed to work so this is what i had to do
I’m in the same loop. Uninstalled WoW and Classic, plus Battle.net, now it’s stuck in a Scanning loop.
Edit: My download started after 10 minutes of Scanning. Before I uninstalled everything, it’d get to between 86 and 98% done, then throw out an error.
