I died while fighting a boss. a Sporbit and a boss are currently fighting, and neither is taking any damage. I cannot release spirit. please help.
If staying logged off the affected character(s) for about 30 minutes does not correct the issue, then you will need to submit a Character Stuck ticket (via link below).

staying logged off didn’t work, so guess it’s the ticket route for me. hopefully it won’t take long!
I can confirm staying logged off does not fix the issue and neither does the stuck character service. I have been stuck with this issue for a few hours now which is slightly frustrating considering we paid for that early access and those hours are precious since i’ll be busy during the week.
The stuck character service only moves you to the GY inside the delve, but you remain dead and cannot rez.
