My chart is level 18 and I am stuck in the heart of acherus in plaque lands I have tried the unstuck thing multiple times and the don’t remove me I just want to be back in stormwind please help I can’t use stone
Did u click the link at the botom of the character stuck screen to have a GM manualy move u.
Yes multiple times they do nothing

If you submitted a proper ticket, should show on the submission screen.
You have two in process in the system. Sometimes it can take awhile.
BTW, you might want to consider asking for a namechange on that character. Not terrible, but it is one likely to get pinged if reported.

What you do NOT what to do is repeatedly try the self-help process. That can snarl itself with too many requests.

Yes she is still in the same place back in the day we would get a hold of you all and it worked now I have a character I can’t play and no one to help me
At the bottom of the self help screen you should see I still need help. Click that link to submit a ticket for a GM to see.
Your level 18 should be in Stormwind.
