I am having an issue where the ‘Stuck Character Sevice’ says…
“We did not find any World of Warcraft characters on this account.
Please check that you are logged into the correct region and Battle.net account.”
I have been in contact with multiple GM’s who say there is nothing they can do.
Anyone else having this issue/know any fixes?
P.S I have tried 4 different browsers, and yes I am logged into the correct region and Bnet account.

I haven’t had this issue. I just clicked through the link there to start the service from the website, and although none of my characters are stuck, it is showing my Retail characters as being eligible to select, but I do not see any of my Classic characters.
Do you have an issue? What is it? I.e. is one of (are some of) your characters stuck?
Yea, so my Classic characters aren’t showing either.
Well, what issues are you having?
Are any of your characters stuck? Are you able to login with those characters? Are you able to follow the in-game steps?
My issue is that I cannot use the service.
