Im trying to unstuck my character on US servers, however I end up in an infinite loop when i reach the following page: https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/product/wow/586/834/solution
I select the CONTINUE button - it takes some time and starts to refresh - i receive a msg “one moment please, the page is loading” - and it then resets and goes back to this same page instead of providing me a list of characters.
I am having the same issue, keeps returning the the same page. Can’t submit a ticket either.
I’m also having this issue. I was in the page loop over two hours ago, so I tried to submit a ticket instead, but was denied. I waited to try again, and around twenty minutes ago I managed to get far enough into the Stuck Character service to request a move, but after a bit of processing it returned an error. I tried again to submit a ticket, but the system still won’t accept it. I’m not sure what else to do.
Edit: The Stuck Character service finally worked for me.
