Stuck Character -> Self Service Failed

Hey,

My character is stuck in her Garrison – I tried the self service, but unfortunately it just moved her to the grave yard… In her garrison. So, still stuck.

When I played yesterday, there were no issues in the Garrison; did some missions, picked up some quests, turned them in, etc etc.

Logged on today, and:

  • Cannot enter the main part of the Garrison building
  • NPCs may or may not actually load up, and slowly vanish the longer I’m logged in
  • Cannot enter the Inn
  • What NPCs are around won’t interact
  • Cannot hearth - character does hearthing actions, but then just stands there sparkling
  • She is swimming through the air whenever I ‘jump’. Cannot kill her by jumping off something as a result.
  • Cannot drown her, 'cause she doesn’t need to breathe anymore.
  • Cannot view mail; box shows as empty despite there being mail in there
  • Turned off ALL addons, still nada
  • Cannot log out or exit game; have to open up the task manager and close the program.
  • Can’t use spells or talents; the portal isn’t loading so I can’t use that either. Flightmaster won’t interact so can’t escape that way.
  • I can exit the Garrison, but the world is empty and Varlea is still swimming through the sky when she’s not on the ground.

All my NON Garrison Located characters are working as normal; log in, move around, interact, check mail, jump without swimming through the air, used my mage to do the reset on Varlea because it wouldn’t work on her, and can log out and change characters etc with them.

NO idea what is going on, but Varlea is my main and I would really like to play today LOL.

I think this is all the info, but let me know if you need to know anything else.

TY <3

ETA: I renamed both my Cache and WTF folders, and now my display is a disaster but she’s still swimming through the sky. Lord give me strength.

ETA 9 hours later:

FINALLY.

She is free; not sure if it was the waiting, the new self service (since its been more than 4 freaking hours) or what. But freedom. Sweet, sweet, freedom.
