Hi there pretty much what the title says.
Returning player after 4 years, stuck between playing a destro lock and a hunter.
I really just want to casually play (Like LFR and maybe normal raids)
Is destro alright for this? Is the rotation somewhat easy to learn?
The other class I had in mind was a hunter, mainly MM.

Either one should work fine. Neither one is particularly hard to play and since you’re on the casual side of things, I’d pick whatever one you thematically agree with.
Both solid options for what you want. Play both
Sometimes people do invite you to raid too just cause you’re a warlock and they want a summoning stone for inside the raid / cookies.
As those that posted above both are pretty decent for casual and such might I also suggest a druid they also are quite simple to play.
For your main, I wouldn’t start with a class that only has one spec you enjoy.
Specs are constantly getting buffed and nerfed or worse, the playstyle changes and you don’t enjoy it anymore.

Since u didn’t mention m+… getting into normal pug raids will be much easier with a lock than with a hunter. Both are great fun.
