As this page continues to grow, maybe it’s time to bring back real GMs in the game instead of relying solely on AI agents.

Stuck as well character list loading but its going nowhere. Alt F4 works if people’s game are stuck. Its how I got like twice now. I suspect this is something unexpected going on. I reccomend doing something else until something is fixed.
Edit: DDOS would not surprise me at all.
The servers came up a decent bit before weekly reset, and first reports came in mere minutes after that time.

I swear this is the most incompetent company I’ve seen, every week it’s something new.
I don’t get it. Theirs no patch or conent today. How did they break stuff?

It’s because they don’t test anything anymore if it isn’t a new feature. This is lazy dev work that most companies employ these days. They let the user base perform quality control.
Never mind, after 5 minutes or so it said character not found and gave an empty character select screen, Alt+F4 followed by relaunch and I’m stuck at ‘Retrieving Character List’ again.
I am unable to log in as well “Retrieving character list” screen just spinning.

Finally got character list to generate. Let’s see if we can actually get in.
It reared its ugly head again. Character not found error, and empty character screen. No background, even. How could the devs screw this up so badly?
By my watch it was reset time 40 minutes ago. Just how long do you define “reset time?”
They replied on Twitter that they are looking into this issue now…sorry to say some of you gamers drove them off these forums years back …cause I remember when they would talk to us here but not anymore …use Twitter.

I love how the entire game is completely down, 45 mins after routine maintenance update and there’s been --checks notes-- zero blue posts with updates. Obviously Blizz doesn’t employ testers anymore; did they also fire the entire support staff?
