My character has been stuck at Renown 18 for most of this week. I have completed both wings of LFR, have ran multiple dungeons on normal and heroic, have completed all my callings, and all available covenant quests. The “catch up” mechanic doesn’t seem to be working.

You can only catch up to 17 this week. The game expects you to do last week’s campaign quest at 17 to get to 18 and then this week’s 2 weeklies to get you to 20 so you can do this week’s campaign chapter to get to 21.
That doesn’t make sense though. Then next week when the cap goes to 24, I’ll be stuck at 21. I would be behind forever, hence the reason to post this. The catch up mechanic isn’t working to catch up to the current level of renown.
I’m having the same issue Harukav. I’m stuck at 19. After I did the weekly renown quests on Tuesday that put me at 19 but I haven’t got a renown with any of my callings all week. So just like you said the catch up mechanic isn’t working. If i don’t get any renown with my callings for the rest of the week I’ll get to 21 next Tuesday and still be behind a week in perpetuity.

Ok… I found another thread and found out a “fix”. Basically the the catch up system is kinda broken so you have to use the catch up system to get to the prior weeks cap before you do your two weekly quests to reach the current weeks cap.

So next week do callings or whatever until you reach level 21 and then do your two weeklys.

Strange, after opening this ticket yesterday, today, i got a Calling with a Renown award attached to it. So I am now renown 19. Will still only do the Callings and other stuff next week until I hit 21, then will do the 2 quests that are for the normal earning of Renown.
Same issue here, stuck at renown 18. Callings and dungeons don’t reward renown anymore either.
