Ive seen this reported upon switching covenents, So I wanted to add this occurred for me going the Threads of Fate route
The issue I believe is completing the weekly quests (1000 anima + lost souls) before catching up to the current max renown cap via the catch up system. Make sure you get to renown 21 via the catch up system before you even think about handing in the upcoming weekly’s and you should be okay!
