Any help or tips, my characters wont load into game stuck at 75% on any character in SL zones or SW.

Maintenance my friend. Looks like the world servers are still down.
Happening to me now.
I see people in game logged on my b-net.
so… “maintenance still going” is a bit… wrong.
If maintenance was still going on we would not be able to get to the character select screen.
My toon in Boralus logs in, my toon in Bastion says world server down.

but i can log in into my alts with no problem. just my main is stuck! wont load at all.
I too am having this issue. 75% loading screen, in Bastion, and then disconnects several minutes later, “World Server is Down”. However I can login to alts in different, non-Shadowlands, areas of the game.

Yea, i log in. Its in for a second. Goes right back to loading screen and nothing loads for like 2 minutes, Then it loads in game for another second, and then back to laoding screen. Just keeps doing this over and over. I just did the quest where you charge the alter and The jailor captures Anduin.
I just got hit with this too.
Tried a scan and repair, could log in to one toon but not my main so not sure that really did anything.
Anyone find a fix, or is it on Blizzard’s side?
Edited to add:
The two toons that got hit with it, one is in Oribos, the other in Dalaran (legion). Haven’t tried others yet.
After the scan I could log into my banker (Dalaran) but not my main (Oribos) so I’m now doubting the scan did anything and I got on the banker by luck?
Had the same issue, now my game is in a scan-repair loop…
It won’t even repair itself just says “oops something went wrong”
like for real blizzard? I have to reinstall my game AGAIN?
Think there is something going on with characters in Bastion and Elwynn Forest when logged out. High pop areas maybe.
Edit: finally got in, was logged out in Bastion. Had to wait much longer than usual.
i was doing the ravendreth scenario at 60 - server restart happened and now it wont let me log because of world server is down BUT i can log on any other character, halp 
Ok, got in. Hopefully this is temporary (looks like it’s on their side) but now that I’m in, I’m not logging out again… ever… or until lvl 60 
Finally into Maldraxxus… 38 minutes trying to get in after my DH logged in BFA no problem.
Just started having the same issue on Demon Soul
I just ran into this myself. Trying to load into the game world on Uther and the progress bar gets stuck at some point for a couple minutes until finally giving a message that the “World server is down”.
