I am having hard time since I can’t decide between balance and shadow. I have both classes and they are super fun but I have decided that I only will play one of them.
Any recommendation or suggestion? I enjoy all kind of content but specially casual bg, rating arena and mythics
Just go druid. More versatile, more specs, more roles, more fun, more everything…
3min cooldown rotation isn’t very fun tbh lol
Balance = incredibly high BG damage for your mere usage of starfall off cool-down. Super easy applicability and sexy burst. Weak outside of burst.
Shadow Priest = Mindgames and easy DoT applicability will make you a terror to all the healers on the enemy team. Can easily solo kill healers off the enemy team. Burst is not as big as Balance but you still get big chunks of damage on mob packs in dungeons.
Pick whichever one has the cooler transmog options
i mean, you’re asking if you should play a druid or something that isnt a druid. druid is the master class, duh.
Personally I like Balance more and I think it has more general viability than Shadow does with the current iteration of both Shadow and Balance, given equal tuning Balance will almost always be better.
But that’s from a PvE (mostly M+/raiding) perspective.
Priest xmogs look 100x better than Druid ones though.

I’d probably say priest but that’s just my personal opinion lol. Everyone has different tastes!
Nothing Druids have compares to how good the Priest Dragon Soul tierset looks.
Not to mention the new Mage Tower set for Priests looks almost as good as the Warlock set.
I play both but having more fun on my Shadow Priest currently. I transmog my weapon and off-hand to the Xal’atath dagger so I occasionally get whispers from it like “Did you feel it cease to exist?” when you kill something. Kind of compliments the Insanity mechanic literally hearing voices that nobody else can hear.
Druid > priest always. Even when it comes to mogs, shadow priest always has that dumb aura that takes away (glyph helps but still is a negative imo).
Well druid you have to be a chicken or a blue berry which does not look nice either
