I have been getting a lot of bugs requiring me to log in and out due to the fact of not being able to see characters or attack. It started with halford wyrmbane where I could not see him after completing a quest on the boat (forgot the name because he eventually appeared). He was invisible and only until I walked down to the lowest floor level he appeared to turn in the quest, however he was underneath the floor.
Next I am currently doing the quest “Silencing the Advisor” and Advisor Ko’jan, the enemy you need to slay, is not appearing. I am on the correct floor, the lowest level and I made sure to check by watching a youtube video. Ko’jan has not appeared for 20 + minutes, tryied logging in and out, restarting client, computer etc, nothing works.
anyone else have this issue?

I’m having the same issue. I reported the bug and also did all the same steps as you. It is beginning to get highly frustrating with all the bugs, glitches, lag (the list goes on) that this expansion has been having. Blizzard really does seem to be going down hill given all the corporate changes & media attention!
Sorry to hear that. Let’s hope it gets fixed soon, it does stink having to wait.
yeah having all the same bugs in this quest line. still waiting for the npc to spawn. been about an hour.
Same problem, Advisor Ko’jan is not spawning and I know I am on the right floor.
Same problem, logout at the spot where she should be. When I logged back in she was right there. Good luck.
Happened to me. I jumped off the boat. I could fly back on the boat, but it didn’t bring the npc back up. If I went to the lower level, he would appear. This was just a glitch. As far as the game was concerned, he was still below the deck. So I logged out while he appeared to be standing next to me. When I logged in, he was standing next to me, and the mission target had appeared. The target will only appear when the npc makes it to the lowest level.
