Any updates on this? nothing on my end. Hopefully this doesn’t persist throughout the future stress tests, looks like fun!
Nothing so far unfortunately.
this happened to someone else. since the PTR accounts look like stress accounts as CSR reps can’t tell the difference, and you paged CSR to remove a PTR account, they likely removed the stress account. the good news is, they have the ability to restore it. you’ll just need to open a ticket. the fastest way is by chat, the second fastest is for a phone call back, the third (usually a 24+ hour response time) is via the ticket system
Update - I put in a CS ticket, and they were able to restore my Stress Test access - I missed the stress test itself, but was able log on to the server the morning of May 30. So, yes CS can resolve the issue for you.
Specifically, I asked them to restore my Beta/Stress access to Launcher if possible, let me know if I was supposed to wait instead for devs to send out the mass update like they did the first time, or let me know if I was just shut out of future Stress tests.

Just want to come give an update, I had mine restored yesterday by Customer Service by opening a ticket requesting that “any of my previously removed PTR accounts to be restored”. The agent said that normally that couldn’t do such a thing but were able to “make an exception” in this case. Perhaps they knew that it was the Beta/StressTest that I was actually trying to have restored. So if like me, you had requested to have a PTR account removed and it actually ended up removing your Beta/StressTest access, you might want to try this.
