This happened to me today - restarted launcher for an update, beta/stress test had disappeared as an option for me after restarting. I do not have full beta access, did participate in the last two stress tests.

You’d think they’d ADD more people to so said Stress Tests, instead of removing over half the people that previously did the last two. Then adding NEW people, making the # in the Stress Tests about the same, so not really adding any new “STRESS”.

Its 100% a guess but im thinking they did it because all of us without access have gotten the batttle net updates for MW remake and keep trying to log into wow thinking its that lol. I know i did until i realized it was BFA and MW tab updating. that would also add unneeded or wanted stress on the loggin servers.

haha mine is removed too. Im cool with it. I was in a total of 2 hours and that was the on the 29th. the first one i didn’t even get in at all because the loads. So i was like “okay dokey”

So, the option was removed after the first stress test and then added back before the second one. It is now removed again. Just giving you a heads up that the removal of the stress test in the interim seems to be normal.

It wasnt removed for me after the first one. I simply got “No servers are avaliable”

i just want blues to come say “WE REMOVED IT ITS NOT A BUG RELAX!” cus anxiety and what not lol but i could care less; im just worried it was a bug or something happened and EVERYONE is going to log in to “ummmmm my beta access is gone???” even those who were on actual beta. If someone can confirm you guys didnt lose it (Actual beta) then it would also verify its not a bug or issue. im just too anxious for my own good lolol

Just want to come say, I had mine restored yesterday by Customer Service by opening a ticket requesting that “any of my previously removed PTR accounts to be restored”. The agent said that normally that couldn’t do such a thing but were able to “make an exception” in this case. Perhaps they knew that it was the Beta/StressTest that I was actually trying to have restored. So if like me, you had requested to have a PTR account removed and it actually ended up removing your Beta/StressTest access, you might want to try this.

It said that for me too for the first couple days. Then there was a brief update and then it was removed. I’m on multiple times per day so maybe it updated for me more quickly than some.

The option should not be removed from your dropdown menu on the launcher, if it is, that’s a bug. Mine was removed by mistake because I requested a PTR account to be removed. My issue is now resolved however. If yours is disappearing and reappearing then that sounds like a separate issue.

So you still have yours on your launcher then?

I didn’t until yesterday, my issue was finally resolved by opening another ticket with CS. See my post about 4 posts above.

Oh yea i get what youre saying; i didnt request anything with my PTR though. i mean today; is it still there now?
