Just some general information to clear confusion and other things I keep reading on these forums. Firstly though, thank you to Blizzard for giving us Classic and giving us an opportunity to assist the betterment of the game through the Stress Tests. I’m thrilled that you’re getting valuable information from it! The first stress test it took four hours of steady trying for me to get in - this time it only took an hour and a half, so I consider that a massive improvement.

Firstly. If you have been invited to either of the past two stress tests, you should be in any and all following stress tests. This time you did not get a second email informing you. So you need to check forums for stickies / related posts often so you don’t miss if they do another one. So far as level cap, this one went up to 10. It is not guaranteed nor has it been officially stated by Blizzard that the level cap will increase again. I suspect that it may upgrade to 20 in one of the following stress tests so that they could stress instances.

Next up … Whining / begging / complaining on the forums is not going to get you flagged for beta. More waves of invites will most likely be going out, as there are people here from the closed beta requesting more players. I would love one just as much as everyone, but we have no control over it. Additionally … Please keep in mind beta isn’t a demo. It’s not for your enjoyment, while it is enjoyable, it is intended for testing and discovering bugs. Too many people get into beta and just use it to play the game early and don’t do what is intended. If you want this game to go smoother, just cooperate. Spam logging on during a stress test. Frustrating and tedious as it is, it goes a long way in helping, and it is literally the only reason you’re invited to the stress test in the first place. If you’re not going to use the stress test as intended, you definitely don’t need beta just so you can play it. If you are lucky enough to get into beta, do it right. Find bugs. Report them. Change it up with other characters, don’t do the same zones/quests/classes so you might find different bugs.

That got long sorry lol Finally a shoutout to Omar for the loads of fun he provided us before the stress test concluded. It was hilarious when we all died and there was just an ocean of ghosts running back into Stormwind. Good luck to everyone!

Under the battle.net client I lost the beta/stresstest option. Did anyone else lose it?

Yep, lost access to my Beta client but I can still post on the Classic Beta forum, lol.

That might not go away unless I log out of the forums and back in.

Oh yeah they did remove it. I’m actually okay with that because if it pops up again I’ll know it’s beta.

Sad, but expected. Was hoping once we’re in the stress test we’d be part of all the following ones automatically. :cry:

Wouldn’t surprise me if we still are. Just the client is no longer showing on battle.net.

Which by the way that doesn’t uninstall the game. You can find the install folder and open it and try logging in. You’d just get “no servers available” like between the last two stress tests.

I finally got my Kul’tirans unlocked at least. First male I’ve rolled since a male troll shaman back in late Wrath.

Ironically, it’s another Shaman. Gotta admit Enhancement might suck but it’s a fun spec to play anyway.
