They mean the beta testers realms remain available for those (beta) testers.

I understand, it sucks. I’m not in the beta either and would love to be.
I obviously can’t say for sure as I don’t represent Blizzard, but looking at this logically one of the issues with having more beta testers is that there is more information that has to be sifted through from the increased amount of reports that would be coming in. For efficiency, it’s probably better to have a smaller amount at first, and a larger amount for the stress tests to specifically test the issues caused by high population and high demand separately from the issues of quests, dungeons, NPC placement etc.
Additionally, it might be better to keep the beta more closed to prevent people from getting burnt out from gameplay. Lots of players might be less excited for classic release, if they’ve played the heck out of the beta.
It was posted shortly the day after on both mmo champion and wowhead. both blue posts. they had them there well befor the testing started. So id say try to look more into it so you dont miss it ^^ also remember there are more stress tests so watch out for those. theres 2 left

At the risk of sounding like a kiss ***, thank you for leaving the servers up longer than intended. I’m sure in part, this was for those of us with only stress test access to enjoy some of the game.
I had a great deal of fun getting to run around and relive some of the nostalgia. Looking forward to the actual release!

Thank you, Blizzard, for the experience. I’ve been playing since the beginning all the way through Cata. I kind of lost interest with a lot of aspects of the game since (felt like too much convenience and simplicity killed the game for me). I came back for MoP, WoD, and Legion (haven’t upgraded to latest expansion), but kept getting bored and would drop off. Again, too much convenience made the game boring for me. I no longer felt immersed in the world. When I logged into the beta stress test, I remember why I loved WoW when I first started playing. Even though I had played through the content several times (I had alts in Alliance and Horde), I found myself immersed in the world again. I wasn’t bored 5 minutes into the game like I am with the current expansion (current for me being Legion). The community feels alive again while playing.
I miss the sense of danger, the friendships that can be formed by running into other players and grouping together (I can’t even remember the last time I spoke to another player in current WoW), and feeling like I was part of an immense world that was alive. I know that a lot of current players may not feel the same way about classic WoW and may even say that it will fail. To those players: you have the current version of the game. Enjoy it, revel in all that it has to offer to you. There is nothing wrong with that. I, and by the looks of it, a lot of current and former players will go back and enjoy the reason we all used to play, whatever that reason that was for each of us individually. So again, thank you, Blizzard, for a wonderful experience. I’ve been hoping for something like this to happen for a long time.

Is there any talks of doing an additional stress to maybe 20?
would love to say I enjoyed playing but spent most of the time trying to log in on both days and was unsuccessful on the last one but did get to play on the first test after after it had closed and for the most part was happy and glad that it was like the old game style. I do hope my several attempts to log in were of help and that on launch day it won’t be like it was in the stress test or like WOW of the past .have a great day

Thank you for inviting me to play! Must admit im already hooked! I sat up over 24 hours getting two charcters to 10 and running rfc, gathering and crafting, talking with other players in Tirisfal Chat, it felt so good to be back home at the Gallows End Tavern. Please listen to alot of us though and give us a RP-PvP server. For many of us that is how we can truly immerse ourselves in this Amazing world! Thank you again and I hope Im lucky enough to be invited to play more!
is beta over until June 19th or is that the next stress test? perhaps i’m not a beta tester although I was a stress tester.
