Stress test: character creation times out, clien disconnects

No instructions were given where to report issues with logging in to the stress test or character creation; Blizzard peeps, please ensure this gets to the right folks.

After getting logged in and onto the character creation screen, creating the character times out and causes the stress test client to disconnect. This has happened to me four times so far (will keep trying to see if itā€™s transient).

Is there a separate forum for stress test feedback? If so, which forum is it?

Yep! Welcome to stress testing! Itā€™s not just you. Players are running into connectivity issues off and on.

Best we can do is keep trying!

Experiencing the same issue. Login servers are full, get to character creation, times out, kicked back to main screen. Then wait to login againā€¦ this is classic :wink:

I am also having the same issue. I have been having an issue even making it to character creation.

lucky you I donā€™t even get a character creation screen, it just says its loading then boots me lolā€¦ it totally is classic lol

Yeah, this mirrors my recollection of live back in the day, so I guess congrats to Blizzard for faithfully recreating the original WoW experience? :joy:

Well you guys can at least give feedback on the character creation screen. Canā€™t get pas login screen here. Might try in another half hour or so but, I kind of feel like weā€™ll have to let this one go :frowning:

Stress test working as intended. Keep trying to log in. This is the whole point of the test.

Keep trying. This is the whole point of the test. Also, weā€™ll get to keep playing after the test.

I can barely make a post in the forum. I tried logging in at 19:15 and tried for 45 minutes. Never got past select realm, and it said locked.

Funny that all the major streamers got in
