If you didn’t receive an invite but want to make sure that there won’t be an issue if you did get in? It probably wouldn’t hurt.

I believe they are discussing having the process check for the extra PTR account and take care of it going forward, but I can’t be sure of the procedures yet.

If you didn’t get an invite, and have two PTR accounts, you should request them removed (at least one), so that this problem won’t reoccur for the next stress test, or beta.
