Streaming games to a Chromebook?

My Baby Momma has her birthday coming up and she wants a laptop but its not like she travels… It just makes gaming easier for her as a mom to lay in bed at night to play a few games.

She plays WoW, D3 and maybe a Final Fantasy game from steam. I was looking for cheap gaming Laptops and I have about 800 to spend on her but the specs dont look worth it.

I could just upgrade the graphics card on her desktop and buy her a chromebook for cheap. But im not entirely sure if this would work at all or if it would be good enough to heal a dungeon or play D3 at good frames.

Does anyone here play this way or know how well it works if it does?

If not any alternatives would be appreciated.

Check out some of those rx 560x and r7 3750h laptops, they seem alright. There’s also some i5 8300h (4 core 8 thread) + gtx 1050 laptops which should play WoW no problems as well.

Yeah, but if i were to buy a laptop i might as well wait until i have 1100$ and buy something way better.
