Streaming error timewalking draenor

Trying to start WoD on my 23 pally. Attempting to enter the Blasted Lands I constantly get a streaming error.

I have:

  1. deleted cache
  2. disabled addons
  3. removed wtf
  4. attempted to repair using battle.net app. Stopped halfway through with “OOPS”

Notably everyone else with this problem also has tried all of the above.

Broken, character stuck in limbo. Used unstick, ended in Stonard. Flew manually to Blasted Lands and BAM! Streaming error.

I have not had this problem on this character anywhere else, other than the usual horrendously long loadtimes in the Dragon Isles.

This clearly is a Draenor server issue.
