Blizzard should just give streamers their own servers. Make 1 server type of each for streamers and their communities to play on. And restrict them from playing on other non streamer servers when they are streaming. If they choose to play on a non streamer server they cannot stream or advertise to their communities they are on said server. Best comprimise imo. And would make the game more playable for everyone.
